Not all land records can be sourced in a matter of minutes. Hawke’s Bay has more than its share of difficult areas, because most of the survey plans and title records were lost in the fire that followed the earthquake of February 3rd 1931.
This can sometimes create uncertainty as to ownership or interests, and it is critical in such cases that an exhaustive search of the land record is carried out. We have the software and expertise to complete such searches.
