As-built Plans
As-built plans are drawn from digital field survey data to show positions and levels of physical features.
Used by Architects, Engineers & Contractors to meet Council approval.
On completion of construction (e.g. roads and services) an as-built survey is almost always required. This will demonstrate the construction is in accordance with the design, and often becomes the basis on which contract payments are authorised.
We are very familiar with this type of work and understand exactly what the relevant presentation requirements are, which can be critical to obtaining prompt approval by Council.
